Gabriele Corcos is an Italian chef, businessman and television personality. He's the creator, host, and producer of the Extra Virgin show on the Cooking Channel. He is also the author of the New York Times bestseller, Extra Virgin. Corcos owns The Tuscan Gun Officine Alimentari in Windsor Terrace, Brooklyn, New York, which is now permanently closed. He starred with his wife, Debi Mazar, on the TV show Extra Virgin Americana, which aired eight episodes in early 2016 on The Cooking Channel. Corcos participates in a number of anti-hunger charities.
