Choyce Deuerlein Obituary, Death – Deuerlein, affectionately known as “Chubs,” passed away at her North Platte residence on September 23, 2010, at the age of 45. She was born in Omaha on March 21, 1965, to her parents, Bobby Loud and Edna Keys. Tassie received her education in North Platte and graduated from North Platte High School in 1983.

Following her high school graduation, Tassie began her professional journey at Taco Johns. On March 3, 1989, she entered into wedlock with Bobby Deuerlein, and the couple established their home in North Platte. Tassie’s career path led her to work in the North Platte Public Schools and the North Platte Care Center. She eventually returned to the schools, where she found joy in the company of children. Tassie will always be cherished in the memories of those who knew her as a devoted wife, loving mother, caring daughter, supportive sister, and dear friend.

Tassie is survived by her husband, Bobby, and their children, Choyce, Natalia, and Manase, all residing in North Platte. Her parents, Bobby Loud and Edna Keys, her sisters, Dea Matlock, Venus McCray, and Tonya Matlock, and her brothers, Bobby Keys, Preston Keys, and Bracka Matlock, all of North Platte, continue to hold her in their hearts. Additionally, special friends Romano and Jessica Polanco, as well as her sister and best friend, Jennifer Brown, all from North Platte, join numerous aunts and uncles, over 70 nieces and nephews, great-nieces and nephews, and many other relatives and friends in mourning the loss of Tassie.
