Megyn Kelly is an American journalist and attorney with an estimated net worth of $15 million. She was born on November 18, 1970 in New York, where she still resides. Her father is Edward Kelly and her mother is Linda Kelly. Her mother is a homemaker and her father a professional at the State University of New York at Albany. Her mother is still alive, but her father died when she was only 15-years-old. It was a very difficult time for her family, though they were able to go on and continue fulfilling their dreams despite the fact that one of the most important members of the family was no longer with them.
Megyn Kelly graduated from Syracuse University with a Bachelor’s degree in poly-sci. She went on to attend Albany Law School, where she graduated with a J.D. in 1995. After graduation, she accepted a position as an associate with Bickel & Brewer, LLP in Chicago. She then decided to make a career move and ended up at Jones Day for almost a decade. There, she handled clients such as Experian and many more famous businesses. By the time 2003 rolled around, however, she’d made the move to Washington D.C. where she began working as a general assignment reporter with an ABC affiliate. She left the show in 2013 to take on maternity leave after welcoming a baby. When she came bac in October the same year, she had a brand new show called The Kelly File. She is married to Douglas Brunt, President and CEO of Authentium. They have three children together since their marriage in 2008.
