When Ricky Hatton stepped on the scales before he began training for his clash with Marco Antonio Barrera, he was 15st 4lbs.
At the weigh-in ahead of the exhibition bout on Saturday night at the AO Arena in Manchester, Hatton tipped the scales at 11st 5.5lbs.
This is an incredible four-stone weight loss journey, done in just a matter of months, as 'The Hitman' only weighs 13 lbs heavier than he did for his last professional fight in 2012.
Perhaps even more impressively, the 44-year-old looked years younger as he even showed off his six pack when he stepped up to the scales shirtless.
Hatton's opponent for the night, Barrera, has also got himself in excellent shape, weighing in at 11st 7lbs.
The man of the moment, Hatton, spoke to talkSPORT, ahead of Saturday night, as he revealed his weight loss journey has inspired others and done wonders for his mental health.
"I always made it hard for myself when I was in my prime, to be honest with you, things haven't changed now that I'm 44 years of age, but it's been so good for my well being," Hatton said.
"It's given me a target and a goal and something to set me sights towards.
